Welcome to Family Feud with your host Steve Harvey (aka RA Hannah Hash)! Outside of GSP, Family Feud is a TV game show where two opposing families compete against each other to win a sum of money. The team’s goal is to answer a survey of questions, but in the scholar family feud all scholars answered a survey of questions a few days prior as material for the game questions. Scholars arrived at Curris not knowing which teams would be selected to play the popular game. The show started with a rocky start. The bowl RA Heather brought to draw the team names out of shattered all over the stage! With a quick recovery by none other than Steve Harvey herself the game was saved. Scholars’ cheers filled the audience as teams were called one by one to join Steve up on stage.
Questions appeared like “What was the favorite Movie in the Classic Film Series” and “What is something you NEVER leave your room without?” The number 8 answer to this particular question,“Gloves”, caused the crowd to go wild – some scholars even chanted “MARLON”, the scholar who put down that answer. Scholars celebrated with applause and audible buzzes as the game was played. Some answers were rather strange, however. The question, “What is something you wish you did not bring to GSP?” came with some strange answers like “soap” and “underwear”. At this popular event scholars came out of the ballroom laughing with friends, having made a multitude of memories at GSP.
